Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all US states and territories, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes.

Processing Time

Processing time is the period from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

  • Standard Items: It normally takes 2-7 business days. This includes rigorous Quality Control checks (material, zippers, seams, embellishments, etc.).

  • Pre-Order Items: * If your order includes one pre-order item, it will ship on the date stated in that item's description.

    • If there are multiple pre-order items, the package will ship based on the item with the latest release date.

Note: Shipping time is estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of the order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, or holidays.

About Tax

  • Shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

  • Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the customer.

  • If a parcel is refused due to import taxes, the customer is liable for all return costs and handling fees.

  • We cannot declare items as a "gift" or list a price lower than the actual value.

Shipping Status

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can also check your status by logging into "My Account" and clicking on "Orders."

  • Items may be shipped in separate packages; items in stock will be sent first.
