Shipping Destinations
We ship orders to all US states and territories, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes.
Processing Time
Processing time is the period from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

Standard Items: It normally takes 2-7 business days. This includes rigorous Quality Control checks (material, zippers, seams, embellishments, etc.).

Pre-Order Items: * If your order includes one pre-order item, it will ship on the date stated in that item's description.

If there are multiple pre-order items, the package will ship based on the item with the latest release date.

Note: Shipping time is estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of the order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, or holidays.
About Tax

Shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to import taxes, the customer is liable for all return costs and handling fees.

We cannot declare items as a "gift" or list a price lower than the actual value.
Shipping Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Items may be shipped in separate packages; items in stock will be sent first.
